This is a Generic Lever Frame with 12 levers, loosely modeled after the American US&S type frame from looking at prototype pictures in books and the internet. May not be suitable for rivet counters, but may be suitable for use in signal boxes/block towers without a lever frame.

KUID explaination -

1st digit 2 = building
2nd-4th digit = PRR CT1000 number (0000 = generic/general)
5th-6th digit = building for location
