A gatekeeper's cottage based on one on the LTSR which was made of overlapping wooden weatherboard. This model has grey brick walls, matching my Cottages (railway) 01. Similar models have been made with other wall finishes including grey brick. The building should be placed with the long side parallel to the tracks and the gable end with door facing the roadway.
