Inverness to Kyle Kyle Railway Terrace Cottages South
The Highland Railway assigned the housing built for its employees on the Skye line extension in a hierarchical manner. The Stationmaster was given the grandest house, and there were two further grades according to staus. In the middle were the cottages with an entry porch, the most numerous, with a block each of two and four at Kyle, as well as a triple block each at Duirinish and Plockton. The lowliest dwellings, a block of four (even) smaller cottages complete the Kyle contingent.
Again, although these are railway-specific prototypes, they are to a common industrial pattern, not unlike those provided for employees at mills and mines or for estate workers. The models are normal-mapped and offer nightmode.
