Scottish Buildings Series Double Low Warehouse Auld Grey Stane
Based on two which join my previous asset (the large warehouse near Montrose docks) although with some alterations. In real life, the left hand end overlaps the big warehouse, so a sizeable chunk is missing: the right hand wall is made of different stone and has blocked out windows, whilst the backs aren't visible from the street at all, so I've guessed at what might happen in such a way as to make them even more useful by offering what is in effect an alternative frontage.
They may originally have been warehouses, but there's plenty of scope for alternative uses: the right hand unit presently houses a car repair outfit, but they'd suit almost any industrial requirement, and would also look fine in an agricultural setting, since they're very similar in styue to old storage barns found on larger farms.
Normal-mapping, but no nightmode.
