Regency Terrace Modules RTM FMS SU4F Single Unit Four Floors Stone
Although the latest terrace kit is completely separate series from the others, it follows the same assembly pattern. It's based on units which can be varied by combining and using them in different ways.
It's a Regency pattern terrace, found in most older towns and cities: examples back onto the lines leading from several of the London termini as they pass through the more affluent suburbs, for instance, though variations with local building materials are found throughout much of Britain. Many are now divided into flats or else have been converted for office or hotel use, in the latter case often with two or more units knocked together.
The main unit in this case can also be used as a rear extension, turned through 90 degrees to form a 'T' at the back of two other units, and slid in up to just before the door.
