Since the area around Kyle station is very uneven and rocky, virtually all the buildings associated with it sit on the pier jutting out into the sea, enabling direct loading between rail and shipping. Until the mid 1970s Kyle was the main distribution point for passenger and freight traffic between Wester Ross, Skye and the Outer Hebrides, and this building - in the almost inevitable corrugated iron - was used as the storage warehouse for onward transhipment by rail, road or sea.
IThe prototype (which was demolished in the 1990s) stood clear of the ground on brick pillars to raise it up to the level of the brick and concrete platform that fronted it: I've preset it at this height and provided the pillars, but it could also be dropped down to ground level for use as a shed or barn. If you're recreating the original, then the platform can be made from the two end pieces, I2K KYL GWP N and I2K KYL GWP S, with the concrete platform spline I2K KYL GW CPS inbetween - if you're going freelance, then any combination thereof or indeed any other platform would be fine.
The screenshot shows the warehouse with all three platform pieces
