SCSK2 DPB EMI TTH Double Poster Board Early Modern image'Tour The Highlands'
Although posters have long been an integral part of the railway scene in the UK, there's a legal issue with distibuting reproductions as assets, since this would constitute an infringement of copyright.
My solution here has been to create artwork 'in the style of', using my own material as the basis. This version suggests the Early Modern Image period, with a recycled/adapted old BR board, as might have survived in the further-flung outposts of the network.The original image here is a shot of Castle Stalker (rhymes with 'polka') - better know to millions as 'Castle Aaargh' from 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail' from a shot I took during the trip on which I researched and photographed several staions on the WHR and Kyle Lines in 2012.
