Closie/Tenement Shopfront Burnett's Pet Store
The first of the shopfronts for use with the hollow-fronted tenement unit is based on textures from my photos of a prototype in Albert Street, Stobswell, Dundee, very close to my examples form Dura St., with which it forms a Y-junction.
The main shopping streets throughout the UK may all look very much the same with the market dominated by the big national and global chains, but the smaller shopping areas on arterial routes still have their fair share of smaller shops to add interest and variety.
Not all these units are of exactly the same width, and the hollow spaces in the tenements may vary slightly, so I've made a simple stone partition/spacer fillet (SBS TBC SFSF) to close up any gaps.
