Revised asset for the Ashburton-Windrush Railway route.

This is a dummy, non-junction version of Rob Hill's Facing Point Lock lever object. The point rodding connects on the right hand side.

Rob's license applies and thanks to him for giving me permission to distribute this revision of his asset.
