While not actually a EBT owned structure Robertsdale was a company town and this
is based on the company store. For those of you familiar with the real building you
will almost certainly find discrepancies. All I had to work with was two photos
(from the same angle) one of which showed the structure in later years in a very
sad state of disrepair (roof, floors, and some walls collapsed). On the good side I
did have a very nice set of drawings (but no dimensions) showing the building with
proposed repairs and changes to restore it to modern building codes (somehow I don't
think it had two wheelchair ramps when originally built). This goes on an incline
so all those doors 6 feet above the baseboard are correct.
