This is based on the Arbuckle Coffee Companies Headquarters bulding in Brooklyn, NY
which is a few blocks from the warehouse complex. The actual building has 9 tracks on (approx) 10 ft
6 in centers with a capacity of thirty-three 34 ft wooden boxcars. I have not placed tracks as there
were some switches inside the loading area. I can make a switch in Gmax but it will not switch in
Surveyor or Driver so you must add them yourself.
