This asset was built for the LWVRR Project and represents the Sincavage Lumber Yard as it may have looked in the 1950s.
The asset is an industry and will accept and provide timber products.

There is an unload point which is closest to the gate marked by a post. The load point is also marked by a post and is further into the yard. These signs probably didn't exist in the actual yard and are only provided to asset unloading and loading. Since the industry is a dead end spur, the script has been set so unloading can only occur once. This is to prevent unloading a product just loaded.
