license                                 "This is a free asset for Trainz game series. The primary distribution channel for This Asset is Trainz Download Station (DLS).
        (1) You can use this asset for free for any purpose officially supported by DLS, especially including: installing it in your version of Trainz,
            playing on routes that use This Asset, creating your own routes and/or sessions that use This Asset, participating in Trainz Content Creation
            Program with your creations that use This Asset, or reproducing it on screenshots and videos.
        (2) You can distribute your own dependent assets (such as routes or sessions) that use This Asset as a dependency, under any terms or licenses,
            provided that you do not restrict others their rights to This Asset described above, especially to unrestricted and free download of This Asset from DLS.
        (3) It is forbidden to make modifications to This Asset (and especially distributing them). You are also not allowed to re-use parts of This Asset,
            such as models or textures, elsewhere. Some of my assets use licensed graphic materials (for example, from textures.com) and re-using them
            elsewhere will likely cause additional legal actions against you from the legal owners of the licensed materials.
        (4) Distribution of This Asset outside DLS is possible only in two cases:
            - through the websites that received my written permission to distribute This Asset,
            - through the so-called Support Packs for freeware routes (see: point 5)
        (5) If you distribute your dependent creations (such as routes or sessions) as freeware, you can add This Asset to the so-called Support Pack,
            containing the necessary dependencies and distributed by you together with your asset, provided that:
            - you package the original, unmodified version of This Asset downloaded from DLS and matching the version of Trainz that you target,
            - you clearly attribute the author in a visible place,
            - you do not charge users in any form for downloading the Support Pack,
            - in case of changing the license of your dependent asset to payware, you immediately remove This Asset from the support pack and withdraw
              all older versions (that contain it) from circulation.
        (6) If you distribute your dependent creations (such as routes or sessions) as payware (that is you receive payments, tantiems, royalties in any
            form), you are not allowed to distribute This Asset on your own (except of creating a DLS Content Pack through Trainz Content Creation Program).
            In other words, your users shall get this asset either by downloading the DLS Content Pack in the game, or by installing it on their own
            from DLS or other legally permitted sources.
        (7) Although I did my best to test This Asset and remove bugs, you receive it as-is without any kind of warranty or obligation from my side.
            I am not responsible for any damages, problems or other issues related to This Asset. Especially, I do not guarantee that This Asset
            will work correctly or that it will work correctly on your version of the game. Especially I do not provide support related to issues
            with installing This Asset from the support packs or downloaded from websites. This way of installing asset may damage your in-game asset
            database, is not reliable, and has no chance to work correctly in general case, so you use it at your own risk. Additionally, different
            versions of This Asset may target different versions of Trainz. In case of installing it from sources other than DLS, the risks and obligations
            to use the correct version for your game are fully on you.
          
          This asset may use images from textures.com. The textures incorporating those images cannot be reused for other purposes or redistributed separately, for more information see textures.com."
