A driver command to increase/decrease DCC-script controlled throttle level between -1 and 1. This command can only be used prior to one of the DCC-throttle-controlled driving commands, TCdrive, TCDriveToTrackmark, TCDriveViaTrackmark, and TCouple, which are included in this package.

PREREQUISITE:None
NOTES: Negative throttle values drive the train in the opposite direction. You may use ResetTrainDirection and/or SwitchDCCGear command to ensure the moving direction of the train prior to using this command. Also, this command replaces the old SetDCCThrottle command (Version 0). For this reason, it is highly recommended to download the whole pack in order to avoid any incompatibility issues arising from the previous version of this command.
