TC3+/TS2009/TS2010/TS12 steam enginespec (e-spec) for Ben Neal's B-28-2 Shay locomotive. Top speed is about the same as the prototype, e.g. about 7 MPH. Designed to minimize H-I-S-S from safety valves lifting under DCC/AI control but performs well when driven in Cab mode.

When using this e-spec, update Ben's Shay to TC3+ specs and also change the animation distance in Ben's Gilpin 2 bogey 3 <kuid:96914:50723> to 1.1166, in order to hear the correct number of chuffs per driver revolution (12). For best results use with Steam Soundz: B-28-2 Shay <kuid:123250:100292>.
