A Pennsylvania Railroad erecting shop, ICC valuation type B-54. Shop No. 3 at the twelfth street car shops in Altoona would be an example of this type, completed in 1907, and used for the erecting of boxcars in the 1950's. Thanks to Ben Dorsey for the use of his Hoist 1.
