SAR Passenger Guards Van - Green livery
Eleven of the 12-Wheel Brakevans were introduced in 1912-13 with one more constructed in 1922 to replace a condemned van. They were the standard main line passenger brakevan and as such they went to Terowie, Port Pirie, Serviceton, Mount Gambier and the Riverland lines. In 1919, the side lights for night illumination at stations were fitted and apart from auto-couplers and the anti-collision beams at the ends, they changed very little in their 50 years of service. Number 276 has been preserved at the National Rail Museum at Port Adelaide.
Converted to TRS from the MSTS model created by Alexander Jamieson.
