New Concept Locomotive-Ethanol Powered Number 1. This is an entirely ficticious locomotive. There is not any such engine out there, I made it up myself. Has a custom interior. Driveable but recommended you use DCC Mode. Reskins permitted with or without notice of me, the author, Dave Snow. Updated to a better looking coupler and hose plus shadow.
