A Weatherill front-end loader loads coal from a staithe into steam locomotive tenders.
This is an industry with an interrupted process that operates only when a tender triggers it.
There are 2 queues. One to unload coal from rail wagons into the lineside staithe and another to load coal into tenders.
The staithe has an animated load that responds to both unloading from wagons and bucket loads removed by the Weatherill loader.
The number of loader buckets that can be received by a tender is automatically calculated and the animation of the loader shows that number of buckets being delivered.
The Weatherill delivers bucket loads of 1500kg. If the last bucket load required to fill a tender is very small, it will not be delivered.
When attaching track to the facility, use medium or fine scale track types to avoid peculiar sleeper spacing.
Warning: Calculations made by the script assume standard industry process and queue values. Except for the 'coal_in' queue 'initial-count' (the start amount in the staithe), do not change other process or queue parameters in Surveyor.
If the loading facility does not perform as expected, run Driver with the Message browser open, as messages generated by the script will often give an indication of the cause.
