v2 (14.12.2010) - updated to build 2.9, removed errors in config file
v3 (14.06.2011) - another config update as TS12 complains where TS2010 did not...
I have tried my best to understand the specs, but gave up in the end. I have no idea how to get this Mancha 1.15 ton enginespec into a fully correct working order for Trainz to make it into a realistic experience - please help me get this one correct! As it is now, I doubt it is very correct.
