This is a basic rebuild & extension of a model made by Ben Dorsey (Freight Depot 2), who allowed me to do this modification and upload it to the DLS. Thank You Ben! I've not bothered to add LOD or better texture setup to it, maybe it will come down the line.. Model is made to fit a location where the wood wall end has to narrower then the brick end, on one of my play maps, I also raised it 30cm and added a foundation to 5cm below ground. As Ben said, it was designed as a freight depot but it could also be used for a small industry.
