This wall was named after a wall built by the B&O RR as part of the Magnolia Cutoff in 1914, near Paw Paw W Va. It was used to separate the original line and the Magnolia Cutoff at a tight clearance point along the Potomac River. The B&O named it The Concrete Wall The wall is 40 ft. high by 3 ft. wide., and can be extended to any length.
