This session is for YardSwitchingCo 1a. You will be unloading auto racks and transformers from flat cars, and loading Trailers on Flat Cars. All the items of rolling stock needed by the session will be downloaded from the Download Station when the session is installed.
Chuck and Joe, just a small task before you finish your shift.
Over in the Class 1 Transfer Yard you will find loaded auto racks, empty TOFC and two flat cars with large transformers. The auto racks are for unloading at the AutoBarn ramp and the transformers at the loading dock in the container terminal complex.
The freight cars will unload in sequence after a one minute delay providing one car is stationary between the double yellow markers.
Load the TOFC under the TOFC crane. Cars will load when stationary between the triple yellow markers.
Return the freight cars to the Class 1 Transfer Yard.
Always access the Class 1 Transfer Yard from the western end to avoid disrupting the Class 1 railroad trains.
End your shift by signing off at the Loco Depot.
You will find that our Class 1 Railroad partner is running an extremely intensive schedule. You should expect to see their trainz thundering past every minute or so. Be very careful where we share their tracks on either side of the main station and when you access their Transfer Yard.
