A spline of very flexible neon light tubing, self-illuminated during both day and night. The exact texture colour is indicated by R,G,B values in the name.
Updated to make the neon tubing 40mm diameter, surrounded by a soft light glow. It is high-poly due to the short mesh length (0.1m) but now has LOD.
