This is the second of the 'standard' VR Ground Frames, in a 'set' that contains six such frames, ranging from one to four levers, with variations there-in. These Ground Frames are based on 'standard' designs issued by the Victorian Railways, for equipment built from 'stock' parts supplied by the McKenzie & Holland company of England. This version of the Ground Frame is provided with two levers, one Point Lever (the black one) and one Signal lever (the red one) and as it is a Trainz 'standard' kind ''mojunction'', it will 'appear' to operate any points to which it is attached.
