This is a faithful replica of the Superphosphate Transfer Shed that is still extant and in use but no longer rail served, at Beaufort, in western Victoria (on the line that runs between Melbourne and Adelaide). The model is back dated to represent a time when the siding to which it was attached was still in use and in addition to the shed, the user is provided with a number of anciliary pieces of equipment (typical of this type of industry), which include a Bagging Hopper (and associated Auger) and a number of the excellent Bulk Load Elevators created by S301 (many thanks to Zec for the 'loan' of these assets), to add some 'spice' to the model. Although it is modelled specifically on the facility at Beaufort, this shed is typical of the many such Superphosphate Transfer Sheds found dotted around the system, so it may be used at virtually any location on a route dedicated to representing the activities of the Victorian railways. Please note, this is a 'static' model, only, intended for use in Trainz version TS2009 or later.
