This is a model of a typical VR Smoke Trough, provided as a 'stand alone' asset that is intended for use solely in VR Engine Sheds not otherwise equipped with these items, to make the shed appear to be closer to the prototype, where that unit is so equipped. As a kind ''scenery'' asset with the 'trackside' tag set to keep the trough on the centre line of the track to which it is'' attached'', it will automatically adjust it's position to be correctly aligned with the track when placed, . When doing so, it should be located towards the front of the shed, at a positon where the smoke stack of the longest locomotive of which the shed is capable of handling, is situated when the locomotive is correctly 'stabled' in the shed.
