Reskin of Jack Barber's original. My thanks for his permission to redistribute and his license continues to apply.

Formed as a result of the merger between Robert Stephenson and Co, and Hawthorn Leslie & Company, locomotives produced by this company would serve the industrial backbone of many a country.

Thanks to Skipper1945 for allowing the use of one of his cabs (PUG Class 21 cab).

Credit to Paul Hobbs, LieLestoSbrat, Bloodnok, trw1089, Skipper1945 and Eldavo for their contributions, without which this locomotive would not have been completed.
