GP38-2 decorated for the fictonal Muncy Valley railroad. It uses a phase IV color scheme which features a single solid color and no stripes along the sides but still retains the front stripes to enhance visibility. This color scheme is the current scheme used by the MVRR. It was designed to simplify the painting of locomotives even more than previous phases. This is the red variation of this scheme. This is a reskin of a Dave Snow asset. It is customized with a flashing beacon and rooftop air conditioner (many thanks to felix_g for allowing this usage of his excellent beacon mesh and scripting and to davesnow for the air conditioner (and the loco too!)).
