Tender Physic for the Victorian Railways 3 Axle Tenders.
This physic is setup to suit the Baldwin W Class and Phoenix S Class Tenders which had 1 fixed axle and a bogie axle (still known as a 3 axle tender) and was fitted with westinghouse brakes after 1890, this physic can be used on some of the Phoenix R Class Tenders and A Class Tenders from 1881 during westinghouse brake testing.
For DCC users: Only the tags Resistance, Max-accel, Max-decel and Max-speed is used as this e-spec is also setup for the tender to be used as dummy locomotive for the headlight going tender first and so it's mass doesn't register with the train mass as tenders are actually part of the locomotive.
