A smaller capacity depressed center flatcar using four 4-wheel 100 ton Bogeys.
There is an attachment point in the center of the car (a.load0) for those who
would like to make it interactive for a load. The letterings text, color, and size
can be changed by manipulating the values in the config files mesh table.
This car must be assembled in surveyor.
Place the car body on an empty section of track.
Place New Hi-capt Flat 8 Bolsters on either side of the car body.
Rotate one as necessary.
Move the bolsters underneath the car body
When properly done there will only be two arrows and the car will move as a unit.
Corrected the load attachment points height.
