This is a an old 2 ft gauge 25 ft flatcar with a Monson Snow Spreader attached
with the wings in the transport position. These were used to clear snow alongside the tracks. The
letterings text, color, and size can be changed by manipulating the values in the effects section
of the config files mesh table.
