Non animated. Based on the prototype baggers at Dingwall Yard on the Kyle of Lochalsh line in Scotland, UK. The hopper has a coal weighing scale with coal, but the hopper bin is empty. If you wish you can fill the hopper bin with coal using 'coal pile2' (kuid2:98966:67460:1). Just elevate the coal pile until it fits neatly into the bin. This version is 1420 polys,if that's too much, use 'Coal Bagging Hopper without weighscale', kuid 117948:1164. Grateful thanks to Tony (tmz06003) for his invaluable advice and research. Updated for use in TS12SP1. Enjoy!
