Use this model with 'YARN L6 DL3 -Si +Sh' and 'YARN ExitB 4L DL3 -Si +Sh' to form the part of a highway interchange where exit lanes are joining and leaving the highway.

Here is a No Traffic Connector for your Custom Traffic Control, just use the Oneway Jons Yarn Invisible Roads to set up your Carz for the Lanes you want them to use to avoid the Default inner Lane use.
