HFCS 55 is a high fructose corn syrup that is designed for the replacement of sucrose and
invert syrup. Its sweetness and clean, non-masking taste make HFCS 55 ideal for use in
the beverage industry. This easy-handling, stable syrup with 96% (DSB) combined
