A standard Baldwin 2-10-0, this is a reskin of Ben Neal's model to resemble Susquehanna 2495, a former Erie Railroad J-2 class Russian Decapod that this model is NOT. This model is based on Gainesville Midland 203 with a centered headlight. Locomotives of this type were used by shortlines and class ones in the southeastern US.
