A standard Baldwin 2-10-0, this is a reskin of Ben Neal's model to resemble Susquehanna 2461, a former Erie Railroad Russian Decapod that this model is NOT. This model is based on Great Western 90 with a high-mounted headlight. Locomotives of this type were used by shortlines and class ones in the southeastern US.
